Let’s Nin-Nin! Terms of Use

Privacy Policy | Support | 日本語

Article 1 (Purpose)

“Let’s Nin-Nin!” is a game operated by nyanairo (the “Operator”).

These terms set out the rules for how to play the game and for its online features. They apply in addition to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The license to use the app is governed by Apple’s standard agreement. These terms apply to the extent that they do not conflict with it.

Article 2 (Use by Minors)

If you are a minor, please get your parent or guardian’s consent before you play the game or buy paid items or passes.

Article 3 (Prices and Refunds)

The game is free to play, but some items are paid. Prices are the amounts shown in the App Store and in the app. Apple (the App Store) processes payments.

Refunds are handled through Apple’s process. The Operator cannot issue refunds directly.

Article 4 (Types of Paid Items and Restoring Purchases)

Paid items and passes come in the following types:

  • One-time items: You can restore these purchases.
  • Hero Ninja Shards packs: These are used up when you use them. Restoring purchases does not bring them back.
  • Expedition Pass and Premium Pass: These are two passes that renew automatically every month.

Article 5 (Renewing and Canceling Passes, and Daily Rewards)

The Expedition Pass and the Premium Pass renew automatically every month, and a fee is charged each time.

You can cancel and manage your passes from the Apple ID subscriptions in the iPhone Settings. If you cancel, you can keep using the pass until the end of the period you have already paid for.

While a pass is active, you can collect a reward in the game every day. The day changes according to Japan time. If you did not open the app on a given day, you cannot collect that day’s reward later. The contents of the rewards are as shown in the app.

Article 6 (Handling of In-Game Items)

In-game items such as Gold and Hero Ninja Shards cannot be exchanged for cash or for other services. You also cannot give them to other people, or sell or trade them.

Article 7 (Save Data)

Your save data is encrypted and stored on your device. You can move it to another device by using export and import under “Save Data” in Settings.

If your data is lost because you lost or broke your device, deleted the app, or deleted your save data, the Operator cannot restore it.

Article 8 (Online Accounts)

When you use the online features, an account is created with your nickname. You can transfer your account to another device by using your “recovery code.”

When you use the account deletion option in Settings, your nickname and your online records (such as rankings and guild messages) are deleted. Your save data stays on your device even if you delete your account. Deleting an account cannot be undone.

Article 9 (Online Features and Reporting)

The online features include the following:

  • Guilds and guild chat
  • Guild descriptions and announcements
  • Nickname messages
  • Battles and rankings

A word filter is applied to posts. You can also block other players.

You can report a problematic post from within the app. You can also report it through the contact form.

Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)

The following are prohibited:

  • Modifying or analyzing the app or its data
  • Using cheating tools or editing save data
  • Deliberately exploiting bugs
  • Slandering, discriminating against, threatening, or harassing other people

Article 11 (Action Against Violations)

If someone violates these terms, the Operator may take the following actions:

  • Deleting posts that violate these terms
  • Changing or deleting nicknames
  • Removing players from rankings
  • Suspending use of the online features

Article 12 (Information Used to Check for Cheating)

The game sends records of your progress to the server and uses them to check for cheating. These records cover key moments such as purchases, draws, and amounts earned.

The information sent and how it is handled are described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Changing, Suspending, or Ending the Game)

The Operator may change the game or suspend it after giving advance notice. In an emergency, it may do so without notice.

If the Operator ends the game, it will let you know as soon as possible in the app or on the website.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

The Operator is not responsible for any disadvantage caused by communication problems, device problems, or maintenance. This does not apply if the Operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence.

Article 15 (Changes to These Terms)

When the Operator changes these terms, it will let you know in the app or on this page. If you keep using the game after the change, the changed terms apply to you.
