Frequently Asked Questions

What if a purchased item has not arrived, or I changed devices?

Tap the Restore Purchases option at the bottom of the shop’s purchase list. Items and passes that can be bought only once can be restored.

Hero Ninja Shards packs are used up when you use them. Restore Purchases does not bring them back.

When can I receive the pass benefits?

While your pass is active, you can receive them in the game every day. The day changes according to Japan time.

Benefits for a day you did not open the app are not added later.

How do I cancel a pass?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap “Subscriptions”, and cancel there. You can also do it from the subscription management page.

Even after you cancel, you can keep using the pass until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Deleting your account does not stop the subscription either.

How do I get a refund?

Please apply through Apple’s page for reporting a problem. The operator cannot give refunds directly.

What is the “Allow tracking?” prompt?

If the Apple prompt appears, it shows up just once, right after you choose your first ninja. It is part of App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

The prompt does not appear in these cases:

  • You have already allowed or denied tracking in your iPhone’s settings.
  • The prompt itself is restricted in your iPhone’s settings.
  • You had already chosen your first ninja before you updated this app.

This app does not show ads. To measure how well ads for this game work, it uses “Singular” from Singular Labs. This covers ads such as X ads and Apple’s search ads.

Measurement starts after you choose your first ninja. If the prompt appears, measurement does not start until you answer it. If you quit the app before you choose your first ninja, no information is sent to Singular.

If the prompt does not appear, we treat it as not allowed, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). The exception is when you have allowed tracking in your iPhone’s settings, in which case we follow that setting.

Do gameplay or rewards change if I do not allow tracking?

Whether or not you allow tracking, the game’s features and rewards are exactly the same.

If you have not allowed tracking, we still send Singular the records of installs and launches and basic information about your device and OS. Records of real purchases and pass renewals are sent too. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not sent. We set things up so that information is not passed to ad platforms on an individual basis.

We also send the identifier for vendor (IDFV), an app identifier for each device that is not an advertising identifier, and the IP address used for the connection. Purchase records include the date and time of the purchase and whether it was real or in a test environment.

In the app distributed on the App Store and TestFlight, test purchases (Sandbox) are not sent to Singular.

Through Apple’s system (SKAdNetwork), grouped counts that do not identify individuals are also measured.

Can I change my choice later?

Yes, at any time, in your iPhone’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

How long is measurement data kept, and how is it deleted?

How long information sent to Singular is kept is set by Singular. For details, please see Singular’s privacy policy. If you want to ask for deletion, that also follows Singular’s privacy policy and its contact channel.

You can withdraw your “Allow tracking?” permission in your iPhone’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. After that, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is no longer sent.

What is the difference between deleting save data and deleting your account?

Deleting save data erases the game data on this device. In the app’s Settings, choose the save data option and then delete. Your online account remains.

Deleting your account erases your nickname and your online records. You do this with the account deletion option in Settings. The save data on your device, purchase records, and items you have already received remain.

Records of past battles and guilds keep the parts that other people’s results need. In those parts, your name changes to “Deleted account”. A minimal record to confirm the deletion also remains, but it does not include your name or ID.

Neither deletion can be undone. Even a recovery code cannot bring back a deleted account.

How do I move to another device?

Export your game data from the save data option in Settings. On the new device, import the exported file. We recommend setting a password when you export.

Your online account moves with your “recovery code”.

If you restore from an iPhone backup, your game data may be readable. To be safe, also export your game data.

What do I do when changing devices or reinstalling the app on Android?

Before you change devices or reinstall the app, export your game data from the save data option in Settings. Then import it on the new device or in the reinstalled app. On Android, a backup may not bring your data back.

In-app purchases on Android are being prepared.

What if a message says the game data cannot be read?

Follow the instructions on the screen. If you have an exported file, import it.

If the encryption key is lost, that data cannot be read. The operator cannot restore it either.

Your online account remains, so you can get it back with your recovery code.

What if I find an offensive message or nickname?

Press and hold a chat message to report or block it. The operator reviews reports and takes action. You can also report through the contact form.

Blocks are saved on this device. To remove a block, open the block list in Settings.

Where do I send other questions or bug reports?

Please use the contact form. We need your email address to reply.

Which devices are supported?
